HPLC Application of Separation of Ethanolamines  Primesep 100 separates ethanolamines (monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, and triethanolamine) by a combination of cation-exchange, hydrophobic, and polar interactions. The separation uses a mobile phase mixture of water, acetonitrile (MeCN, ACN) and trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) with evaporative light scattering detection (ELSD).
