HPLC Method for Analysis of Uloric

Chr_1071

Uloric is a Xanthine Oxidase Inhibitor that is works by reducing the amount of uric acid made by the body. Because of that, the drug is used for the treatment of Hyperuricemia in patients with chronic Gout. Primesep 200, a reverse phase column, contains embedded acidic ionizable groups and can retain Uloric. The method is UV compatible and can be used as a general approach for analyzing similar compounds.
