Application Notes: Ethyl glucuronide is an ethyl alcohol metabolite that is a useful marker of alcohol consumption. Primesep D and Primesep SB columns retain ethyl glucuronide with symmetrical peak shape by a combination of reversed-phase and anion-exchange mechanisms.
