HPLC Method for Analysis of MDA
April 29, 2016
MDMA is a part of the amphetamine family that is mainly used as a recreational drug. It has a psychedelic effect and is a serotonin-norepinephrine-dopamine releasing agent (SNDRA). Primesep 200, a reverse phase column, contains embedded acidic ionizable groups and can retain MDA. The method is UV compatible and can be used as a general approach for analyzing similar compounds.
