 The OEM high-pressure modular pump is designed for high-pressure chromatographic and general laboratory fluid delivery applications. The pump is engineered for precise fluid delivery at low to medium flow rates, ranging from 0.01 ml/min to 4 ml/min.  The pump is capable of delivering 5,000 psi (350 bar) of continuous pressure.  Built-in proprietary pulse damper with low dead volume and free of dampener liquid reduces pulsation to the negligible level.
A built-in pressure transducer controls generated pressure, and can be set up to shut down operation when specific pressure is reached.
A built-in two-channel proportional valve allows to select two different solvents in any proportion from 0 to 100%, in 1% increment.
A built-in two-channels degasser allows to remove dissolved air from pumping liquid, increasing accuracy and performance.
An all-ceramic plunger allows to deliver reactive liquids such as organic solvents, reagents, acids and bases.
This is a convenient replacement of a peristaltic pump that is free from liquid-compatibility issues.
Precision stepper-motor-driven mechanism allows to maintain accurate flows in a wide range of flow rates
The pump features a calibrated digital flow speed control designed specifically for the precision requirements of high-pressure applications.
The pump features communications capability for integration with other instrumentation through the RS485/232/CAN protocols.

 Available custom options

The pump is available with one or two solvent channels, with or without a degasser.
High-flow version of the pump (preparative) is available with flow rates up to 30 ml/min and max pressure 2000 psi.
Metal-free version of the pump includes PEEK pump head and can be operated up to 4000 psi.
Communication of pumps over RS485 allows the connection of several pumps in a single-controller  operational chain.
RS232 is optional communication protocol for single device operations. CAN communication is also available.
Simple PC based software for pump operation is available.
