Analysis of Antibiotic Marbofloxacin and Related Impurities in Mixed-Mode Chromatography

Marbofloxacin is carboxylic acid derivative related to fluoroquinolone antibiotics. Method for analysis of marbofloxacin and related impurities was developed on Obleisc R and Primesep D mixed-mode column. Obelisc R is tri-modal reversed-phase, cation- and anion-exchange column. Primesep D is mixed-mode reversed-phase anion-exchange column.

Mobile Phase Gradient MeCN - 5-50%, 10 min, 3 min hold
Buffer H2SO4 - 0.1%
