We have established that your compound is a hydrophobic weak base. Below is an example of a separation of a similar compound. This example can be used a starting condition in your method development.

Hydrophobic basic compounds can be analyzed by any Primesep column. Cation-exchange columns (Primesep D, B2) always provide good peak shape and efficiency due to charge repulsion phenomena since both analyte and column surfaces have the same positive charge. Cation exchange columns (Primesep 200, C) can also be used. They will increase retention and would usually require a higher buffer concentration.
