HPLC Method For Analysis Of Alprazolam on Newcrom R1 Column

HPLC Method for Alprazolam on Newcrom R1 by SIELC Technologies

HPLC Method for Analysis of Alprazolam

High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Method for Analysis of Alprazolam

Alprazolam, also known as Xanax, is a perscription medication with the C17H13ClN4 molecular formula. It is typically used to treat anxiety and panic disorders. It works through enhancing the effects of GABA, which is a calming neurotransmitter in the brain.

Alprazolam can be retained and analyzed using the Newcrom R1 stationary phase column. The analysis utilizes an isocratic method with a simple mobile phase consisting of water and acetonitrile (MeCN) with a phosphoric acid buffer. Detection is performed using UV.
